SPORTS SESSIONS
I have a lot of fun capturing sports pictures, they are some of my favorite sessions! I love any chance to be extra creative with athletes to express their passion for their sport!
Sessions can be on location or at the studio. Sometimes on location is the easiest for the team. I can come to wherever you practice or play and set up my mobile studio there! I can set up lights, fog machine, and other props as needed. Depending on the location, we may need to get permission for the fog machine (they can trigger fire alarms if they are sensitive).
**Sessions are NO COST to the team, school, or league. Parents, grandparents, and families are invited to shop online to order pictures of their athletes. As a bonus, if the team accepts donations, Allison will donate up to 10% of the proceeds back to the team! Team banners can also be included/donated depending on sales.
** No forms needed for pictures, all ordering will be handled online.
**It takes approximately 3-4 weeks to receive pictures and products from the time the pictures are taken. Please put this into consideration when arranging the pictures!
I offer two different packages for your team:
Premium Packages include extra lighting and special effects. These are best done indoors or where we are able to set up more equipment and possibly have more time. Athletes can get more than one picture and more than one pose.
Think of the Premium Packages as a "Media Day" for your team! These photos make your athletes feel like a rock star!
Sessions can take an hour or so to allow athletes to have a fun time and get creative! It also takes about 20-30 minutes to set up and tear down.
The Premium Packages are no additional cost to the team. Products are available for purchase through the online gallery!

THE PROCESS:

Pictures are taken
About 1 week later, a link will be emailed to the coach for an invite to an online gallery. Parents have ONE WEEK to order the pictures. All orders placed after the gallery closes, will be charged extra plus shipping.
Products can take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Allison will deliver completed products to the coach.
